Automated capsule filling machines based on rotary bowl and suction bowl technologies ensuring maximum dosing precision, high performance and flexibility. Adapted to suit a vast range of products, the capsule filling equipment is tailored to handle the customer’s product characteristics which can be scientifically evaluated at our in-house laboratory.
Since our first capsule filler, designed and manufactured in the 1950s, our experience and expertise have fuelled the innovative solutions available today. With over 6,000 installations worldwide, our capsule filling machines handle powders, pellets, tablets, minitablets and liquids, and cater for all processing speed requirements.

Equipment features weight-checking devices, vision systems for counting accuracy, a variety of WIP and CIP solutions, and systems ensuring full containment. Single and multiple dosing capabilities are available, as well as interchangeable dosing units for extra flexibility in terms of automatic capsule filling machine configuration and filling combinations.
