Authentic Impact Matrix
Authenticity generates innovation.
Relationships amplify impact.
In an increasingly complex and competitive landscape, unlocking processes are a pre-requisite for innovation, capable of creating the conditions for the potential and authenticity already present within the organisation to emerge and generate value.
This vision gave rise to the Authentic Leadership Program, which began by involving 40 female professionals from IMA Group, in the development of projects addressing real business challenges. An experience that highlighted the need for connection and exchange as key values, in order to continue sharing experiences, skills and perspectives.
This is how the AIM Community – Authentic Impact Matrix came into being: a network that brings continuity to these connections, transforming individual potential into shared value for the people, the business and the local communities.
-
Authentic
Because it enhances each individual’s ability to express and share their own vision and leadership style.
-
Impact
Because it aims to generate tangible value for the business and the people.
-
Matrix
Because it integrates different levels of leadership and vision, creating connections and opportunities across groups and communities.
Vision
To become a flagship community, capable of actively inspiring people and organisations, creating synergies by integrating values and innovation.
Mission
Created to inspire action, developing over time networks that connect people and integrating individual development with business development.
Through the exchange of experiences and the implementation of concrete actions, it promotes a culture of authentic leadership that is integrated and generates a positive impact for the company and the local communities.

“The Grammars of Conflict: When Relationships Speak Different Languages”
Innovation is not only about technology, products and processes.
At IMA Group, we believe it is also about the way people collaborate, challenge ideas and build new solutions together.
For this reason, we will be taking part in RelazionEXPO 2026, contributing to the round table “The Grammars of Conflict: When Relationships Speak Different Languages.”
Over the past few years, through TAD – The Authenticity Day, IMA Group has invested in relationships as a strategic lever for organisational innovation. Our belief is simple: organisations become stronger when they create the conditions for different perspectives to come together, for constructive dialogue to thrive, and for conflict to be transformed into a source of learning, creativity and innovation.
The event will provide an opportunity to share our experience and engage in dialogue with researchers, institutions and business leaders on a topic that we believe is becoming increasingly important for the future of leadership and organisational development.
