Product Quality and Cybersecurity Reporting

The quality and safety of our machines represent the highest priority for the IMA Group.

Our Quality Management System encompasses procedures governing business processes that incorporate the requirements set forth by applicable European directives, including those relating to cybersecurity.
To this end, IMA provides its customers with a dedicated communication channel for reporting any exploited vulnerabilities or cybersecurity incidents involving our machines. This enables timely assessment and management of the event, ensuring prompt support is provided to the customer.

Do you wish to report an exploited vulnerability or a cybersecurity incident?

If you suspect that a vulnerability affecting one of our machines may have been exploited for unintended activities (e.g. unauthorized access or anomalous operations), or that an incident has occurred which may have compromised the availability, authenticity, integrity, or confidentiality of data or critical machine functions, you may use the link below to notify us.
