Suitable for tamper-evident capsule sealing, Hermetica, born from experience that began in the 1970s, has an ergonomic layout guaranteeing maximum visibility and best accessibility to each phase of the process.
Hermetica fits the purpose of sealing capsules filled with liquid, powder or other products. Banding is achieved through the application of a liquid gelatine ring on the external surface of the capsule.

Fully accessible with balcony structure, low positioning of capsule feeding unit and exit chute.
Two rollers with independent speed regulation for double application of the gelatine band.
Pre-drying unit to guarantee fast fixing of the gelatine band before transferring the capsules into the drying box.
Unclogging system improves machine performance.
Both sealing and drying transport plates contain a double row of capsules, thus halving the pieces to change and clean.
Machine can be installed in-line with IMA capsule filling machines.
Equipped with two separate gelatine bowls with independent control, Hermetica enables the adjustment of gelatine temperature and the automatic control and hold of gelatine viscosity.
