QbD and chemometrics in tableting continuous product monitoring through NIR Spectroscopy

Quality by Design is an approach to ensure final product quality. This webinar offers an example of PAT application by using a rotary tablet press with NIR probe installed in the feed-frame. Moving across the explanation of mechanical and process optimization within the tablet press, a real example of in-process out of specification condition will be explored applying chemometrics.
