Case Packing

Automatic case packing machines ergonomically built to handle all product shapes and types, and providing total control throughout all stages of the packaging process. Highly compact, they can be integrated with palletizers or used as stand-alone case packers, reaching speeds of up to 50 cases/min.

De-palletizing

Depalletizers are available as stand-alone machines or integrated with robotic manipulation systems. Empty trays can also be re-palletized onto the pallet. This technology serves industries like food, personal care and pharmaceutical.

Feeding & Manipulation

IMA’s advanced feeding and manipulation systems handle both naked products and products in containers. They perform key functions including counting, alignment, portioning, robotics, tray loading, buffer storage, conveying solutions and final packaging.

Overwrapping

This technology is crucial for industries requiring product integrity, tamper-evident, multi-packs and high-quality package appearance. These systems typically incorporate a range of advanced technical solutions to optimize performance and reliability.

Palletizing

Our palletizing solutions, available with single or multiple pallet stations, are designed for RSC cases, wraparound cases, trays, and bundles, and are fully ready for seamless line integration. We offer a range of versions, from basic manual pallet loading to advanced automated systems with automatic feeding of empty pallets and unloading of full pallets.

Shrink wrapping and stretch banding

Using polyethylene or eco-friendly film, these systems ensure precise cutting, sealing, and application, while maintaining careful product handling throughout the process.
