A modular, top-loading case packer for loose or bundled products, the CPV20 has been designed to offer unrivalled flexibility. Working at medium-high speed, it can easily incorporate special modules for specific requirements.
Attention to ergonomics and undeniable flexibility are the primary characteristics of this case packer.
A top-rate solution for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, the CPV20 handles a variety of bottle shapes, cartons and bags and is suited to the integration of track & trace systems, ensuring maximum accuracy and control.
Up to 20 cases/minute can be processed, offering excellent productivity. Great emphasis has been given to machine accessibility, easy cleaning and ergonomic position of all its components. In order to be as operator-friendly as possible, the case erecting mechanism is designed to ensure a low positioning of the horizontal case magazine which also gives greater autonomy.
Thanks to its modular design the CPV20 can house sub-assemblies, like booklet feeders or inspection camera systems, incorporating them as separate modules to avoid the risk of interference with the product loading area. Automatic size changeover is also available for quick and reliable parts replacement and adjustment.

Specific infeed systems to handle a wide variety of product shapes: bundled or loose bottles and single cartons, bags and tubes.
The horizontal magazine allows for easy case loading. Proper case feeding to the picking area is ensured by bottom-driven toothed belts.
A driven movable hopper follows product collation up into the case and ensures the correct layer is introduced into the case.
Case closing can be done either with hot melt glue or with adhesive tape. Reels positioned in an easy-to-access area for rapid replacement.
It can be integrated with the new Palletizers: RP2, with two pallet stations or RP4, with four pallet stations within a compact frame.
Enhance your productivity without time-consuming operations for parts adjustments. You can switch from one batch to the other without impacting on accuracy and consistent throughput. Size parts are replaced and adjustments are carried out automatically.

With automatic replacement of the full pallet and case buffering during pallet replacement or with two pallet stations; once one pallet is complete, the robot starts loading the second pallet

With 4 pallet stations for greater autonomy. When the pallet is complete, the automatic transport moves the pallet to the exit area and replaces it with an empty one.
