From 1954, IMA Corazza offers a comprehensive range of solutions for dosing and wrapping processed and spreadable cheese. We stand out for the variety of shapes and sizes our machines handle: triangular, rectangular, square or round, in mini, medium and large block formats, with weights ranging from 5g to 500g portions.  
Our production lines are space-saving thanks to modular design, providing maximum flexibility and efficiency.
Key benefits include precise hot and cold filling, flexible format capabilities and a production capacity of 70 up to 600 portions per minute (ppm). The dosing unit supports automatic CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning, ensuring high hygiene standards. Additionally, IMA Corazza technologies allow for multi-flavour packaging thanks to dedicated engineering.
Processed cheese portions are wrapped with aluminium foil, guaranteeing hygiene, safety and product security. This is consumer-friendly, allowing for single portions and easy-opening tear strips.

We design and manufacture dosing and wrapping machines for butter, margarine and pasty products in various formats, including bricks and sticks. Our solutions cover single-serve, consumer packs and large portions, ranging from 50g to 1kg, with outputs up to 300 packs per minute.
We provide advanced technologies for any pack style, including Bottom Fold, Length Side Fold and End Side Fold. 
Additionally, we offer FoldWrap technology: a patented packaging process that ensures optimal product protection and an intuitively easy opening. Our technologies support various wrapping materials including parchment, aluminium foil and other flexible options, with a strong focus on sustainable, recyclable and environmentally friendly materials.
We provide a full spectrum of solutions, from low- to high-speed machines. For lower-speed requirements, we offer fully mechanical systems capable of up to 280 packets per minute. For medium-speed production, our technology can dose and wrap multiple cubes simultaneously, with processing speed easily adjustable via the operator panel, achieving outputs from 400 to 800 packets per minute.
When productivity, precision and quality are essential, our high-speed systems deliver unmatched performance. Capable of producing 1,000 to 1,200 packets per minute, these advanced machines operate across multiple lanes for maximum efficiency. Each pre-formed foil shell is filled with bouillon paste with exceptional accuracy, then folded and sealed to ensure product integrity. Finally, the cubes transition seamlessly to secondary packaging, creating a streamlined process that combines speed with reliability.

Our advanced dosing and wrapping solution for yeast combines high performance with exceptional precision. This automatic machine features a double-headed system, capable of handling both cold and warm dosing with an independent-drive dosing unit. It delivers traditional portfolio-style, single-foil wrapping, ensuring your product is packaged efficiently and effectively. 
Thanks to an innovative design, which includes a double-headed volumetric rotating filler and a gasket-free dosing unit equipped with servo-controlled augers (as opposed to traditional suck-in piston-rotary valve systems), this yeast packaging technology can achieve impressive outputs of 250 packets per minute.
