We provide a full spectrum of solutions, from low- to high-speed machines. For lower-speed requirements, we offer fully mechanical systems capable of up to 280 packets per minute. For medium speed production, our technology can dose and wrap multiple cubes simultaneously, with processing speed easily adjustable via the operator panel, achieving outputs from 400 to 800 packets per minute.

Our advanced dosing and wrapping solution for yeast combines high performance with exceptional precision. This automatic machine features a double-headed system, capable of handling both cold and warm dosing with an independent-drive dosing unit. It delivers traditional portfolio-style, single-foil wrapping, ensuring your product is packaged efficiently and effectively. 
Thanks to an innovative design, which includes a double-headed volumetric rotating filler and a gasket-free dosing unit equipped with servo-controlled augers (as opposed to traditional suck-in piston-rotary valve systems), this yeast packaging technology can achieve impressive outputs of 250 packets per minute.
