Cartoning for Personal Care

IMA’s range of vertical cartoners truly covers every need. They’re available for flat blanks and pre-glued cartons, which can include internal partitioning for different elements and offer various closure styles. All models operate in either continuous or intermittent modes, depending on the product being handled. 
They can reach production speeds of up to 300 cartons per minute. 
 Our cartoners are capable of packaging a vast range of products such as cream jars, perfumes, vials, and even irregularly shaped lotion bottles. 
The modular design of these machines allows for the integration of multiple feeders for liners, booklets, and any other accessories.  Products can be handled with or without pucks.
The robotized product infeed system, featuring double heads, grippers, or vacuum, is capable of adjusting product orientation inside the carton. 

Proposed in two versions, alternate and continuous motion, our horizontal cartoning machines are conceived with optimal line clearance to run efficiently,   reliably and with fast changeovers. Each machine is designed to optimize valuable floor space with innovative solutions, such as carton transport by way of belts, Improved ergonomics to avoid physical strain on operators and balcony construction. Low wear and almost maintenance free, combined with flexibility and adaptability are the key features of our solutions enabling many types of products and pack to be processed.
