IMA Tissue & Nonwoven Hub will take part in INDEX™ 2026, the leading global exhibition for nonwovens, held at Palexpo in Geneva from May 19 to 22. Visitors can meet IMA at Booth 2170, where the Group will present its integrated portfolio of technologies covering the entire production chain, from converting to primary and secondary packaging, up to end-of-line automation.

Bringing together the expertise of IMA Teknoweb, IMA TMC, IMA Ilapak, IMA Labeling and IMA BFB, the Hub offers a complete ecosystem of processing and packaging solutions for nonwoven and hygiene products, providing a single partner for fully integrated production lines.

At the booth, IMA will showcase a selection of advanced technologies for Wipes, Absorbent Hygiene Products, and Personal Care applications. Highlights include, for the first time on display in Europe, the new W-PACK by IMA TMC, an advanced stacking and wrapping solution developed for Feminine Care and Light Incontinence products. Capable of running at up to 200 cycles per minute, it delivers twice the usual output while supporting the use of thinner, more sustainable materials, including paper‑based wrapping that requires minimal adhesive.

The showcase is further enriched by a complete Wet Wipes production line combining converting, packaging, and labelling technologies. This integrated setup features the EXIGE, IMA Teknoweb’s high-speed converting platform dedicated to the production of cross-fold wipes, delivering unmatched speed in the market; the DELTA WW OF-HSX, by IMA Ilapak, is a high-speed flow wrapping machine, which can run at up to 170 ppm with traditional laminated films and up to 130 ppm with fully recyclable materials; and finally, IMA Labeling’sSpeedMate PRO applicator, which ensures high-speed wipe-on label application on moving wipes packs, guaranteeing accuracy, reliability, and seamless integration within the packaging process

In addition, IMA representatives will be available throughout the exhibition to discuss customized end-of-line solutions, including case packing and palletizing systems tailored to specific production and logistics requirements.

A key highlight of IMA’s presence at INDEX™ 2026 is the nomination of IMA Teknoweb for the INDEX™ Awards in the “Machinery” category with its OCEAN converting technology. The solution introduces an innovative forming process for underpads, enabling the production of lightweight cores with reduced material usage while maintaining high absorbency performance. This innovation is further enhanced by a unique 4-layer construction.

With its presence at INDEX™ 2026, IMA Tissue & Nonwoven Hub reinforces its role as a strategic partner for manufacturers seeking efficient, flexible and sustainable solutions across the entire nonwoven and disposable hygiene production and packaging process.
