We are excited to announce the opening of the brand‑new Customer Experience Centre at IMA Eurosicma — a space entirely dedicated to innovation, testing, and the future of sustainable packaging.

This is just the beginning: the next centres will soon be inaugurated at IMA ILAPAK VFFS Division and IMA DELTA SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION, IMA ILAPAK HFFS Division creating a growing network of excellence across the IMA FLX Hub.

In collaboration with our IMA OpenLabs, the Customer Experience Centre is designed to be a key driver in customer sustainability and digital transformation.
Here you can explore, test, and validate real packaging solutions aligned with your materials, your processes, and your goals.

Inside the Centre, visitors can explore a rich selection of our latest technologies, each designed to demonstrate real applications and performance across multiple product categories.

Currently on display at IMA Eurosicma:

• HFFS & VFFS packaging lines
• Complete flow wrapping line for products coming in rows (chocolate bars and tablets, layer cakes) from feeding to primary packaging and cartoning
• Flow wrapping lines for biscuits on edge
• R&D Robotic Workstation where customers can evaluate different brands of pick and place robots and automation technologies, compare multiple vision systems, and test tailor made grippers designed around their actual production needs. A 3D printer is also available to create custom prototypes, enabling rapid iteration and development.
