Its advanced design combines high-speed production with precise folding, accurate stack geometry and reliable handling throughout the process, delivering a cleaner, safer and more consistent production flow. 

At the core of the machine is the cutting, forming and stacking unit, driven by linear servo motors specifically developed for this technology. This configuration ensures precise control of the most critical phases of the process, from cutting to stack formation, resulting in highly accurate wipes stacks and a final pack that is compact, stable and perfectly squared.

EXIGE has been engineered according to the highest product safety and hygienic design standards in the wet wipes market.
