Packaging automation and sustainable materials expertise come together across two booths in Chicago
IMA E-COMMERCE will participate in PACK EXPO Chicago 2026, presenting its comprehensive portfolio of technologies for automating E-Fulfillment, E-Commerce and Intralogistics operations.
Together with IPG, its exclusive distributor in North America, and technology partner The Sustainable Suite, Inc., IMA will showcase an integrated approach that brings together packaging automation and sustainable materials.
Across two exhibition spaces, visitors will discover how complementary technologies and expertise can help increase productivity, reduce manual operations, optimize material usage and improve the overall efficiency of packaging processes.
IMA E-COMMERCE’s portfolio covers the key stages of E-Fulfillment packaging, including case forming, case closing with height reduction, right-size lidding and automated bagging. Based on a modular and scalable approach, these solutions can be configured to accommodate different operational requirements, product ranges, case formats and production volumes.
During the show, visitors will also have the opportunity to see the E-CO FLEX CLOSING automated case-closing solution with height-reduction capabilities in operation.

The IMA E-COMMERCE team will be joined by IPG, the company’s exclusive distributor in North America. IPG provides packaging machines and materials for shipping and fulfillment applications, including water-activated tapes, protective packaging and void-fill solutions.
The partnership combines IMA E-COMMERCE’s automated technologies with IPG’s packaging materials, market expertise and established local presence. Together, the two companies provide North American customers with comprehensive commercial support, spare-parts availability and technical service.

A live demonstration of the E-CO FLEX CLOSING will take place at booth S-4374, hosted by IMA E-COMMERCE technology partner The Sustainable Suite, Inc.
The Sustainable Suite specializes in sustainable protective packaging, fulfillment automation and the design of customized, ergonomic packing stations. Its solutions help companies improve operational efficiency, optimize material usage and create safer, more effective packing environments.
E-CO FLEX CLOSING is an automated solution that adjusts the height of each case to its actual contents before closing and sealing it with water-activated tape.
The system detects the filling level inside the box and reduces its height accordingly, eliminating unnecessary empty space before the closing stage. This process helps limit the need for void-fill materials, optimize parcel volume and reduce dimensional weight, while producing compact and secure packages ready for shipment.
