E-CO FLEX LIDDING is designed to automatically handle open FEFCO 0200/HSC boxes, detect the actual height of the products inside and reduce the box height accordingly before applying the most suitable lid. This fit-to-size approach allows companies to minimize empty space inside the package, reduce the need for void fill and improve transport efficiency by lowering the overall shipment volume.

The key strengths of the machine are the impressive height reduction capabilities, with cases reduction of as low as 40 mm, and its high flexibility. E-CO FLEX Lidding can process up to 10 different box footprints and lid formats in full random mode, adapting to a wide range of order profiles and packaging requirements. The system can also handle different lid types, including standard lids and solutions with tear tape or tear and reseal tape, offering both operational efficiency and an improved customer experience.

The machine has been engineered to integrate seamlessly into automated packaging lines, supporting a smooth and consistent workflow from box forming to closing and final shipment preparation. Its modular design makes it suitable for scalable packaging environments, where speed, reliability and adaptability are essential to manage growing order volumes and increasingly complex logistics flows.
