Ampoules of all sizes, open or closed, and destined to contain vaccines, parenterals or even high-potent cytotoxic drugs reach the filling equipment after being processed on our washing machines and depyrogenating tunnels, such as BLUE GALAXY or ORION implementing a sustainable technology which fits into lines handling highly toxic compounds or equipped with isolators. Offering maximum flexibility in the dosing and filling process, accompanied by 100% IPC for unquestionable accuracy, STERIFILL features stainless steel or ceramic volumetric rotary piston pumps or peristaltic pumps as an option. External ampoule washing is integrated with VEGA 400 prior to labelling using the SWIPE equipped with printing capabilities and ensuring gentle handling. After cartoning, using solutions with continuous or intermittent motion, a further labelling step is implemented by SENSITIVE AP400 for tamper-evident, self-adhesive labels and bollino stickers, for track & trace compliancy, at up to 400 cartons/min. End-of-line implementations include case-packing and palletizing.
