Following bottle preparation stages which include de-packing on STARPACK and sterile air injection on MISTRAL, IMA provides the broadest selection of filling and dosing solutions for liquids and powders. Glass or plastic bottles can be of varying formats and sizes containing up to 1000 ml of liquids or powders that are dosed with 100% IPC for net weight accuracy. MACRO PWD handles powder, granules and milled products, and can dose up to two different types of powder in the same bottle. F57 EVO or FLEXIFILL and FLEXILIS provide different liquid filling capabilities and can be customised according to container type. LYNE 300 handles up to 30 different closure types, for screw-cap, pressure-cap, aluminium PFP-cap and measuring-cap systems. Bottle labelling on SWIPE with positive transport ensures precision at constant speeds for non-stop printing and label application. The line integrates cartoning and carton-labelling capabilities for tracking and can be completed by IMA stretch banding or shrink wrapping solutions, plus case-packer with integrated or stand-alone palletizer.
