IMA HASSIA stands for more than 70 years of experience in the design and development of high-quality form, fill and seal machines as well as high-speed fill and seal machines and has a large base of worldwide installations.
From portion cups to single cups, double chamber cups, stick packs and sachets, IMA HASSIA supplies both user-friendly and reliable FFS machines as well as high-performance filling and sealing machines for pre-formed cups and bottles from the long established IMA HAMBA brand.
All machines are known for their extremely high filling accuracy, often using dosing devices without seals and also able to process products with particulates. They can fill all kinds of liquid-to-pasty products, with or without particulates. Covering a wide range of filling styles, countless customised and bespoke design possibilities are available to satisfy specific requests.
Fillers benefit from automatic, fully controlled SIP/CIP systems for maximum hygiene, and are supplied in full compliance with European regulations. On demand, equipment can also be delivered compliant with further regulations such as FDA, 3A and EHEDG etc.
