Ocean is IMA Teknoweb’s state-of-the-art converting line for absorbent hygiene products.
Designed to run up to 500 pads per minute, it combines innovative core-forming technology with a 4 or 5-layer structure to deliver lightweight, highly absorbent underpads with superior quality and appearance. Versatile and efficient, Ocean is ideal for applications such as underpads, pet pads, and baby changing pads, while seamlessly integrating into IMA’s full packaging ecosystem
W-PACK

W-PACK redefines packaging for feminine care and light incontinence products.
This next-gen IMA TMC solution wraps items directly using the product itself as a template, rather than relying on traditional polyethylene bags. With a speed of up to 200 cycles per minute and real-time flow optimization, it delivers top-tier performance. Plus, it slashes packaging costs by reducing material thickness (from 35–40 µm down to 25–30 µm) and supports eco-friendly paper wrapping using minimal, low-impact hot-melt adhesives (under 1.8% of the paper’s weight)
