Thomas Processing’s FLEX 05 is a benchtop, high-performance tablet coating system with many uses. It’s equipped with divider plates for small batch sizes, making it the perfect machine for research and development. With impressive drum capacity capabilities ranging from as little as 100 milliliters to as much as 5 liters of tablets per drum, your batch size is up to you with the FLEX 05.
Built on our tradition of innovation, Thomas’s FLEX 05 is one of the only benchtop coating machines available in the industry with computer-based controls for data acquisition. It also provides a periodic data report to give you a better understanding of your coating machine throughput.

Thomas’s FLEX 05 is equipped with an optional aqueous and solvent coating tablet bed that gives you a uniform film coating on your tablet surfaces to result in an elegant finish.
