Banding machines for round boxes
of processed cheese

Our automatic banding machines offer an efficient and flexible solution for sealing round boxes of triangular portions of processed cheese, including multi-layer formats. Depending on the application, they can apply either paper sealing bands with an easy-to-open tear string, using cold glue application, or pre-cut self-adhesive banderoles, ensuring product integrity, secure closure, and a clean, high-quality appearance.

Performance and flexibility

Quick changeover between box formats is made possible by interchangeable size-specific components, while optional box calibration ensures accurate band positioning even on irregular shapes. These machines are ideal for high-output, food-grade environments where precision and presentation matter. 
The pre-cut self-adhesive solution reaches speeds up to 100 boxes per minute, while the paper sealing bands solution reaches speeds up to 75 boxes per minute.
