For the second consecutive year, IMA Coffee Hub, through its IMA Petroncini brand, will support the French Roasting Championship, bringing advanced roasting technology and more than 100 years of expertise to the competition
Paris, France – September 2026 – IMA Coffee Hub is proud to announce its return at Paris Coffee Show 2026 as Technical Partner of the French Roasting Championship, strengthening its commitment to innovation, technical expertise and the development of the international coffee community.
Taking place from 12 to 14 September 2026 in Paris, the event will once again bring together coffee professionals, producers, roasters and enthusiasts from France and around the world.
As part of its technical partnership, IMA Petroncini will provide three models of TT12 Specialty Roasters for the French Roasting Championship, giving competitors the opportunity to put their roasting skills to the test on high-performance machines designed to deliver precision, consistency and control throughout the roasting process.
One of the key innovations of the 2026 edition will be MAESTRO PRO, IMA Petroncini’s new intuitive and innovative roasting control and HMI interface, installed on the Specialty Roasters.
Designed for both roasting competitions and small-batch production, MAESTRO PRO provides roasters with an intuitive user experience and a high level of control throughout the roasting process.
The French Roasting Championship will therefore give some of France’s most skilled roasters the opportunity to experience the new interface firsthand in a professional and highly competitive environment.
With more than 100 years of experience in designing and manufacturing coffee roasters and complete processing plants, IMA Petroncini brings to the event a long-standing heritage of engineering expertise, innovation and deep knowledge of the coffee roasting process.
