The IMA Ilapak Z-Series is a high-precision linear vibratory counting system tailored for bakery and frozen food manufacturers. From kaiser rolls to croissants and donuts, it handles a wide variety of shapes and sizes with minimal product damage.
Available with 4 to 12 vibrating channels, the system aligns products before counting them with full-width fiber optic sensors — guaranteeing consistent accuracy up to 200 pieces per minute.
Its stainless-steel, self-draining frame and tool-free removable components ensure fast sanitation and changeover, meeting the highest food safety standards.
Modularity is at the core of the Z-Series: the system can be split into independent sections to count and distribute different products simultaneously, or serve multiple packaging machines. Seamless integration with vertical, horizontal, or pre-made pouch machines is guaranteed.
