XWM Series Primary wrapping

Machine overview

High speed and superior flexibility to maximise your stick pack production

High-speed wrapping machines processing stick packs containing gum pellets, mints and pressed candies, packaged with on-edge product orientation.

The XWM Series models are fully servo-driven with positive product transfer throughout all stages, enabling mechanical wrapping speeds of up to 550 sticks per minute.

Additionally, the XWM Series can handle a vast variety of pellet and tablet sizes, with counting capabilities from 4 to 16 and stick lengths up to 115 mm. All these configurations can be easily and quickly adjusted.

To facilitate routine and non-routine cleaning and maintenance, the XWM Series offers high accessibility to the product feeding and wrapping areas. This accessibility is ensured by the ability to easily extract specific functional groups using a practical support trolley.

Flexibility is enhanced through a wide range of adjustable sealing parameters, enabling precise settings for various packaging materials, including sustainable options such as paper-based and fully recyclable mono-material films.

The hallmark of the DWM600 model is its exceptional flexibility. On a single machine, both single and double-wrap packaging options are available. Single wrap reduced material usage, while double wrap enhances product protection, preserves freshness over extended shelf life, and provides a convenient closure for consumers until final disposal. This dual capability makes the DWM600 ideal for manufacturers targeting multiple markets or packaging standards with one versatile solution.

Complementing this, the SWM600 is the agile, compact solution dedicated exclusively to single-wrap packaging. By focusing on one wrapping format, the SWM600 delivers higher operational efficiency, simplified setup, faster changeovers, and reduced material consumption, improving both sustainability and resulting in lower lifecycle costs. This makes it the ideal choice for high-speed production lines where single-wrap presentation is preferred, and cost‑effectiveness is a priority.
