The new IMA TMC WRAP250-NXT stands out as a completely redesigned solution developed to meet the demands of modern production lines. Engineered for high-speed packaging of both single rolls and multipacks, this machine combines outstanding performance, operational reliability, and maximum accessibility for operators.
The WRAP250-NXT has been designed to ensure high production capacity, reaching speeds of up to 220 packs per minute and handling up to 1,300 rolls per minute, depending on the configuration. The machine can package rolls with diameters of up to 250 mm, producing standard packs up to 410 mm in height.

Multi-material wrapper
As a multi-material wrapper, WRAP250-NXT can treat both polyethylene film and heat-sealable paper, bringing to the market new products packed with eco-sustainable materials in response to a demand for increasingly “green” products.
When switching packaging materials from polyethylene to paper or vice versa, the machine doesn’t need to be modified: simply changing the reel immediately gets it ready to produce a first-quality pack.
