Maximum versatility and flexibility.
The SR Series is a range of versatile and flexible latest-generation machines, equipped for the filling and sealing of capsules on 4 and 6 lanes. The mechanical stations are moved by a camshaft system. 15” touchscreen operator control panel, for utilisation and monitoring of machine function status.
The coffee is dosed through an auger system, which is driven by a brushless motor. Prearrangement for nitrogen tunnel. In-line weighing system. Capsules can be closed at the top with aluminium film, a micro-perforated film, flter paper, a triplex-coupled film, a PP film or a compostable lid. Filters and diaphragms can be inserted into the capsule and on its bottom. The machine can treat coffee, tea leaves and any soluble product.
