The ergonomic design assures great accessibility for maintenance, service and easy cleaning; furthermore the pull-out dosing system significantly reduces line downtimes.
Thanks to a very fast size changeover, the SB1 can handle Nespresso-compatible capsules in plastic, aluminium and compostable materials.
Capsules can be fed manually by the operator and individually inserted into the rotary table or stacked into a magazine and placed onto the rotary table by means of an automatic de-stacking unit.
Capsules can be closed at the top with aluminium film, a micro-perforated film, flter paper, a triplex-coupled film, a PP film or a compostable lid.
According to the machine configuration, speed can reach up to 25 capsules per minute.
