Safety in containment.
Prexima THC is a tablet press designed for R&D applications, pilot batches and production support, also allowing the testing of HAPI. Conceived for total high containment applications, Prexima THC ensures high flexibility and maximum reliability. Easily integrated with other equipment, it fits seamlessly into solid dose processing lines.
Limited surfaces in contact with the product, sealed doors and negative pressure inside the processing area all ensure both operator and environmental safety. Access to the internal part of the machine is achieved via glove ports.

Ensures straightforward operations, with easy access for inspection and quick, thorough cleaning.
MAX new corporate HMI plays a strategic role in improving operator efficiency, while ensuring prompt responsiveness, enhanced predictability and easy learning.
A mobile spray gun placed inside the processing area and a spray nozzle positioned inside the hopper carry out preliminary wetting. It is then possible to open the doors for final manual cleaning.
