There are a wide variety of applications for PEREGRINE including single component unscrambling, multi-flavour combining, multi-component assembly into onward packaging solutions or even single component delivery or insertion into downstream processes. Downstream equipment can be a wrapper, cartoner, case packer or even a robotic handling system to further automate the packaging process.
PEREGRINE is manufactured with cleanliness, ease of use and safety in mind. The stainless steel machine housing ensures long term durability and a sanitary environment for food applications and is based on a commercially available controls platform. The rollers are customised to the application and speed required, with a variety of footprints handling up to 250 ppm per station with through-conveyor capability meaning multiple PEREGRINE units can fit into the same line.
Bulk products are delivered by an integrated elevating conveyor to the product handling feed rollers that systematically guide the product to a pitched delivery point that could be a conveyor, machine infeed, or other handling device customised to your application.
