The OC100 accommodates bottles of any shape and tubes, with dedicated feeding systems tailored to each application. It processes straight tuck, reverse tuck, and hot-melt cartons, and can be configured with pick and place systems for multi-product carton loading.

Designed to minimize downtime, the machine features easily accessible format parts and interchangeable carton-closing modules. Preset closing plates and intuitive adjustments allow operators to perform quick, safe, and repeatable size changeovers.

The OC100 is designed to integrate seamlessly with Omas Tecnosistemi bottle and tube filling and closing machines, creating a continuous packaging line that extends from primary packaging through cartoning and downstream tertiary and end-of-line systems.
