The new lyo generation
Lyofast Mini range of freeze dryers responds to the growing demand for small-batch production of high-value products or personalized medicines. It offers a reliable, GMP-compliant compact freeze dryer that meets the highest standards of quality and sterility.
Freeze drying of the initial scale up batches provides an opportunity to test the robustness of the process, to understand the future technology requirements for industrial production, and to optimize the process, thus reducing the energy requirement and downstream production costs, adding commercial value to your product.
To cope with market drivers, Lyofast Mini series of freeze dryers have been developed to be suitable for the following applications: small batch production, clinical trials, product development and process cycle optimization, up scaling of the process for later use in production plants.

LYOFAST MINI shelves are designed and manufactured in-house with IMA Life’s patented FUSION™ technology, to ensure higher quality and enhance process reliability. The FUSION™ – FUSION PLUS™ shelves are lighter and more resistant than conventional solutions and offer enhanced heat transfer properties.
