GENESISPACK answers the need for a technological and reliable wet wipe flow wrapper.
Production speed can reach up to 100 packs per minute, in a compact design that fits any production environment.
Scrap is minimized thanks to an automatic mark-to-mark splice. GENESISPACK is equipped with a die cutter featuring a lift function and a high-power, long-dwell sealing head, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal waste.
Longitudinal sealing performed by multiple sealing rollers with trim removal delivers enhanced cleanliness and an improved pack appearance.
The machine features an integrated quality control system (Vision System) for non-conformity detection, including “no-product/no-bag” and “misplaced product” checks as standard.
GENESISPACK complies with Pharma Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
