GENESIS is a versatile wet & dry wipes converting line designed to handle 6 to 12 pre-cut rolls with manual or automatic splice. It processes a wide range of standard and specialty fabrics, including colour catcher and softener sheets. For wet wipes production, the line includes a complete liquid handling system, CIP-ready design, and a high-speed rotary die-cutter capable of producing wipes up to 300 mm in length. Available with ATEX compliance for flammable liquids, GENESIS meets international sanitary standards and enables fast product changeovers, making it ideal for flexible production and small batches. An integrated flow wrapper can be supplied to match line performance.
