Wide format range and extreme flexibility in closure styles

An extremely versatile solution, the FTC530 machine is an horizontal cartoner that can process a huge variety of package styles, from a simple sleeve to multi-panel wallets and other customised packages covering the needs of Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, (Functional Food and Supplements), Gum & Candies, and Food. 

The FTC530 is available in either intermittent or continuous motion versions according to the specific production requirement, adapting perfectly to customer needs. 
IMA’s extensive experience in special projects has enabled us to adapt this machine to process completely different products: large dimensions, irregular shapes and delicate consistency are just a few examples. 
According to the specific application and customer needs, the equipment can be designed to reach medium or high speeds.
