Flexible Filling and Closing
The F57 EVO is a versatile filling and closing machine for non-aseptic requirements that can easily handle a broad selection of containers and closure types, including PFP caps, snap-on or screw caps, dosing cups, special closures with long dip tubes, as well as caps for induction sealing. The machine is perfect for syrups, oily or creamy products and oral or nasal sprays. Not only versatile, the double indexing configuration ensures high-speed processing up to 140 ppm of glass or plastic containers. F57 EVO has been engineered to enable simple and efficient changeover procedures when switching between different products or container formats. Superior configurability and format-change flexibility allow the F57 EVO to be tailored to meet specific production requirements.

A variety of closing stations can be fitted to the machine, with pick & place movements managed by servomotors for precision and repeatability.
Closure safety is ensured by a sensor that manages torque control.
Prior to outfeed, different control systems can be implemented to check closure conditions, colours, tamper-evident seals, codification and verification.
A blowing and aspiration unit can be fitted as a valid alternative to an external, upstream solution.
Non-conformities are rejected individually and repeated non-conformities, when detected, result in machine stoppage.
