The DOYTRONIC 60 by IMA Ilapak is a compact Simplex form-fill-seal solution for Stand-Up Pouches, featuring a hybrid operating concept that combines vertical bag forming with horizontal filling and sealing, powered by magnetic shuttle technology. Its space-saving design delivers high performance and flexibility, even where production space is limited.
Engineered to handle sustainable packaging materials, including paper-based solutions and mono-material PE or PP films, the DOYTRONIC 60 can produce pouches directly from film reels or process pre-made bags supplied through an optional buffer.
The open-frame design provides complete 360° accessibility, simplifying cleaning and maintenance operations, while the patented gas flushing system makes the machine suitable for MAP applications. Automatic format changeovers and integrated quality control further enhance production efficiency, pack integrity and versatility.
