Step into Cognitive Manufacturing
The IMA Ever‑Evolving System invites you into a new era of manufacturing.
Automatic cartoning for small to medium sized dairy products
The CS F Series machines are designed for automatic cartoning of dairy products such as square and rectangular portions of processed and cream cheese.
Available with a variety of infeed arrangements, these machines manage up to 75 boxes/minute in various sizes, allowing multi-layer packaging configurations.
Operating with open flat blanks, the CS F Series help to reduce procurement costs compared to using pre-glued cartons. The CS F Series machines efficiently wrap pre-formed bundles of dairy products, sealing them with tucked and glued end-flaps along with a glued longitudinal flap, using either hot melt or cold melt glue for secure closure.
