The perfect handling for your cotton

The COTTONER Series is fully automatic cGMP and user friendly machine. It is equipped with specially angled shears that cut coil cleanly and uniformly each time to remove any potential for tails or wisps.
Moreover, cotton inspection systems are available to detect high or missing cotton, either as an integrated add-on to an existing machine, or as a separate stand-alone inspection station.

  1. Coil-cutting

    Specially angled shears cut coil cleanly and uniformly, eliminating tails and wisps. 

  2. Lengths and weights

    Cut lengths from 2″ to 7″ (50 mm to 178 mm); weights up to 26 grams per yard.

    Functionally designed to handle pharmaceutical cotton, rayon, polyester, polypropylene or other types of coil. 

  4. Fast changeover

    Only two basic insertion parts allows for changeover of different bottleneck diameters in minutes. 

  5. Cycle speed adjustment

    Variable speed drive regulates cycle speed.

  6. Sturdy build

    Rugged heavy-duty construction reduces noise and vibration, wear and tear. 

  7. Multiple insertion

    Multi-insertion capabilities to place multiple pieces of cotton in a single bottle, for large containers. 

  8. Safety guard

    Enclosed polycarbonate guard for optimal operator safety.
