CM Platform encloses extremely innovative machines for the application of plastic lids on wet wipe packaging.
These precise wet wipes lid applicators operate on the individual packets of wipes as stand-alone solutions in the packaging machines, adapting the lid to the position of the package/film in order to obtain uniform placement of the lids on the packages.

CM100
Stand-alone lid applicator, it can be assembled in various configurations for maximum versatility and performance. This plastic lid applicator can reach up to 95 packs/minute in its high-speed version, with a space-saving design. Changeover is extremely fast, thanks to retrievable recipes in the HMI and versatile lid magazine, which requires just a few minutes to adapt to a different lid shape. Precision in placement is a key feature of CM lidder.

CM150
Stand-alone lid applicator that can reach up to 150 packs/minute, answering at best the need for speed combined with extremely efficient production.
2 lid-feeding lanes boast maximum flexibility and versatility, adding functions that standard single lanes cannot reach. CM150 comes with 2 robots, completely independent, with a single picking head for utmost placement precision (± 1.5 mm).
Both versions are equipped with top-class, 4-axis Delta Robots and a reduced arm backlash, ensuring low vibration frames for more precision during lid application. The intuitive HMI (Human Machine Interface) allows easy management of artificial vision systems.
CM machines ensure high efficiency with very low scrap (<2%), requiring just one operator to ensure correct line functioning.
