The machine that never stops.
The C51 is a high-performance packaging solution for naked, single-chamber, heat-sealed, round, square and rectangular bags, reaching speeds of up to 2000 bags/minute. Despite exceptionally high processing speeds, tea bag seams are perfectly sealed and free from any product residue.
The C51 produces joined pairs of tea bags separated with perforations or ready-to-use single bags. Also available are family-size tea bags with a capacity of up to approx. 28 g.
Integration with different final packaging solutions includes an automatic carton attachment using flat blanks, a horizontal flow-pack packaging unit, as well as a conveyor exit for hand removal and further packaging into cartons, polythene bags or other options.
Specific product control devices monitor production constantly and intervene directly to remove faulty packages without stopping the machine.
