Machine overview

High-speed margarine filling.

This fill and seal machine for pre-formed tubs is built for filling margarine at high speeds, up to 60 strokes/min. It has a servo-driven chainless transport system, which allows accurate positioning of the cell plates. A recipe-controlled format exchange allows extremely efficient changeover for tubs with the same cup geometry and different cup heights.
