Step into Cognitive Manufacturing
The IMA Ever‑Evolving System invites you into a new era of manufacturing.
Inborn efficiency.
A highly efficient component washer available in three models, Atlantis is designed to wash and dry containers, IBCs and other components used within the pharmaceutical industry. Performed in completely automatic mode, Atlantis ensures maximum flexibility in terms of machine configurations and washing cycles, and minimum consumption. Designed for through-the-wall installation, Atlantis can be supplied in the high-efficiency configuration, increasing machine throughput by up to 3 IBCs/hour.

IMA Active
Designed for through-the-wall installation, with an optional second door for pass-through configuration to separate clean and non-clean areas. The machine can be installed either flush to the floor or raised on feet.
Vertical ramps of nozzles for high efficiency washing of the external part of IBCs and a spray nozzle with and electric motorized rotating head for internal washing.
High-efficiency configuration available to increase machine throughput: up to 3 IBCs/hour.
Machine can be fitted with automatic loading and unloading systems. In this configuration, the machine features an automatic sliding door and a chain conveyor positioned in front of the cabin, ensuring smooth transfer of IBCs directly into and out of the washing station.
With suitable racks, Atlantis can be used for the washing of pharma pallets, drums, components and machine parts. A telescopic utility plate, connected to the rack, conveys water and compressed air to dedicated nozzles.
