Step into Cognitive Manufacturing
The IMA Ever‑Evolving System invites you into a new era of manufacturing.
Butter and yeast, bundled and boxed
The AB8 is a wrap-around solution for boxing butter or yeast, drawing on flat blanks, which are sealed using hot-melt glue on the end flaps.
Processing stacked bundles received on the indexing table, the AB8 wraps a flat blank around the formed bundle, closes and seals the carton before capsizing it 180° so that portions are face-up. The AB8 can process up to 80 boxes/min.
Production plant
IMA Corazza
Efficient wrap‑around machine that forms and seals cartons from flat blanks using hot‑melt glue.
Processes stacked product bundles on an indexing table, ensuring stable and accurate forming before wrapping.
Integrated flipping mechanism that rotates each sealed carton by 180°, delivering portions face‑up for downstream operations.
Reliable high‑performance throughput capable of reaching production speeds of up to 80 boxes/min.
