The A46 compact cartoning machine, ideal for medium-speed production, offers complete or partial automatic size changeover. Its ergonomic design reduces operator effort and boosts workflow productivity. Easily integrated with our blister machines and deep draw thermoformers, or used as a stand-alone version, A46 is space-efficient with its 3-metre length and allows for excellent layout flexibility.
Optional groups, such as leaflet and booklet feeders, can be installed in the same module, and to make the machine operator-friendly, the carton magazine is positioned at a convenient height for carton loading. Automatic size changeover

Thanks to the absence of format parts, A46 performs automatic format change in just 10 minutes, supporting the operator in their functions and drastically reducing production downtime.
Stand-alone or integrated

A46 can be integrated with IMA blister machines and deep draw thermoformers providing a compact monobloc solution. As a stand-alone version, it enables flexible line composition thanks to its compatibility with any upstream machine type, such as flow pack and wallet machines, tube fillers, sachet/stick pack machines, bottle fillers, etc.
Compact footprint

Space optimisation makes A46 particularly compact, only 3 metres long. Also because optional groups, such as leaflet and booklet feeders, can be installed in the same module.
Ergonomic design

A46 is designed around the operator and their intervention on the machine. The case magazine is positioned just over 1 metre above ground level, making carton loading a simple operation.
All-round accessibility

A46 has been designed around the operator in every way to provide maximum access to all machine sections. The carton closing area is easily accessible from the front and the rear also thanks to the raisable carton magazine.
