C51

The C51 is a high-performance packaging solution for naked, single-chamber, heat-sealed, round, square and rectangular bags, reaching speeds of up to 2000 bags/minute. Despite exceptionally high processing speeds, tea bag seams are perfectly sealed and free from any product residue. The C51 produces joined pairs of tea bags separated with perforations or ready-to-use single bags.

DELTA 3000

The DELTA 3000 is a flow wrapping machine equipped with long-dwell technology for Modified Atmosphere (MAP) to preserve the integrity of the tea and herbs and includes IMA Ilapak’s unique high-speed hermetic sealing technology. Its heavy-duty and reliable design allow the DELTA 3000 to be easily integrated into automatic packaging systems.

Moreover, with its compact footprint and balcony design, X1 offers to you also a huge flexibility in the organizing of lines.
