Hygiene, safety, protection, prevention are playing an increasingly important role in our lives. Packaging is also changing, leaning towards disposable packages.
Our integrated solutions respond to the key needs of today’s market.

Versatile and modular line concept

IMa solutions are based on modular concept. The line can be completely customized in terms of number of packaging steps and optional equipment.

Handling, labelling and flow wrapping solutions for all needs.

Conceived to ensure versatility and based on a modular concept, our integrated lines can be fully customised in terms of number of packaging steps and optional equipment.

Single-dose products are often irregularly shaped and complex to handle. They also require significant processing flexibility. Sometimes packaging is required immediately after filling, other times, a period of quarantine is needed. Optimum flexibility is achieved using top-loading systems. Labelling is performed on one of the most accurate labelling solutions available. Sensitive AP400 BFS handles BFS strips, applying labels at high speeds and with maximum precision, vital when handling this type of container.

To further preserve product safety and hygiene, an additional level of protection, the flowpack, is often required. IMA provides a consolidated range of systems for high-speed hermetic packaging of this type of product. Cartoning is also handled by a broad range of our solutions enabling full carton customisation based on specific requirements. Carton dimensions, stacked products and the addition of accessories are amongst the modules that can be added. We provide a variety of end-of-line solutions based on production speed and packaging characteristics. Case packers and palletizers are available in both stand-alone and integrated versions, with a view to guaranteeing high standards and maximum space efficiency.

  4. Line step

    Cartoning

In the cartoning phase, the broad range of IMA solutions enables full carton customisation based on specific requirements.
