Established in 1961, IMA S.p.A. is the parent company of a Group that is world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines. Its heart is that of Bologna (Italy), its eyes wide open onto the world.
Investor relations
IMA S.p.A. has been listed on the Milan stock exchange from 1995 until January 2021. Its history is one of constant growth that has enabled the Group to close the year 2021 with consolidated revenues of 1,688.3 million euro. Exports accounted for about 90%.
