The Paper Tray Module is a compact, plug & play solution designed to integrate seamlessly with IMA cartoners, both new machines and existing lines through retrofit. Its purpose is to enable the packaging of products that require additional support and protection inside paperboard cartons, while maximizing flexibility and efficiency without adding complexity.

Paper-tray forming and feeding

Innovative solution that creates fully cardboard packages from flat blanks. While the machine folds one blank into a tray or assembles two blanks into a grid, it picks a third blank to form the carton. Then it places vials, syringes, needles, or other products inside and closes the carton.
