IMA offers a complete production line for wet wipes, integrating high-speed converting, primary and secondary packaging technologies to ensure exceptional efficiency and product quality throughout the process.

NEXT Platform
Converting
The process begins with NEXT, the fastest converting machine on the market and IMA’s top-tier platform for length-fold wipes. Designed to meet manufacturers’ demands for extremely high efficiency and minimal machine downtime, NEXT sets the benchmark in converting performance.
Equipped with the most advanced splice technology available, the line features a premium tension control unwinder with LAP “zero speed,” capable of handling all roll formats: single, double, and jumbo. A proprietary cutting unit ensures up to 1000 cuts per minute. For added safety and compliance, the machine can also be supplied with ATEX features, making it suitable for high-alcohol wipes production. -
Delta WW OF-HSX
Flow Wrapping
The next phase is handled by the Delta series of flow wrapping machines, notably the high-speed Delta WW OF-HSX model, which features an ultrasonic longitudinal sealing system. The HS model is also available, offering a configuration without the ultrasonic system, but designed to be easily upgraded over time to match the advanced performance of the HSX version.
These machines are also available in a 100% electric configuration, eliminating the need for pneumatic components. They are equipped with a next-generation sealing head featuring specially profiled jaws, ideal for processing new-generation sustainable materials. Both models are capable of running 100% recyclable Mono PE and Mono PP films. -
CM150
Lid Application
Following flow wrapping, the CM150 lid applicator applies lids at speeds of up to 150 packs per minute, ensuring high productivity and precision. Designed as a stand-alone unit, the CM150 offers maximum flexibility with two lid feeding lanes, adding capabilities beyond standard single-lane systems.
The unit features two independent robots, each with a single picking head for precise placement, achieving an accuracy of ±1.5 mm. -
Case Packer & Palletizer
End-of-Line
To complete the production cycle, IMA provides end-of-line solutions including a case packer and palletizer.
The MMP400 wraparound system handles multiple wet wipe formats—including flow packs with or without lids, single packs, banded packs, and quickly switches between wraparound and tray‑and‑lid cases for both transport and shelf‑ready packaging. The palletizer features four pallet stations with a pallet magazine and slipsheet magazine, ensuring continuous, efficient operation.
