C51

The C51 is a high-performance packaging solution for naked, single-chamber, heatsealed, round, square and rectangular bags, reaching speeds of up to 2000 bags/minute. Despite exceptionally high processing speeds, teabag seams are perfectly sealed and free from any product residue. The C51 produces joined pairs of teabags separated with perforations or ready-to-use single bags.

DELTA 3000

The Delta 3000 is a flow wrapping machine equipped with long dwell technology for Modified Atmosphere (M.A.P.) to preserve the integrity of the tea and herbs and includes IMA Ilapak’s unique high-speed hermetic sealing technology. Its heavy duty and reliable design allow the Delta 3000 to be easily integrated into automatic packaging systems.
